Every month, the Williamson County Association of Realtors releases stats about the housing market in Williamson County. The stats revealed that real estate closings in Williamson County were at a year high for the month of July. The July 2019 Active Inventory is slightly higher compared to July 2018, but prices continue to increase and the data shows the average and median prices rising this year over last year.
At Warren Bradley Partners, the month of July was busy with several closings, several homes under contract and a few more new listings. It’s interesting that typically the market slows some in July and August towards the end of summer, but our activity has remained steady and consistent. We are optimistic for a GREAT Fall real estate season. Rates are LOW so buyers should be shopping! Stay tuned for several Williamson County listings that we are preparing for the market and COMING SOON around Labor Day!
