Franklin TN with a rich history dating from 1796 is an Olde South town of immeasurable charm. The city’s vast community honors include “Great American Main Street Community”; “Best Small Town in Tennessee”; “America’s Most Romantic Main Street”; and on and on………. Harpeth Square in downtown is home to the Harpeth Hotel, a recently opened Curio Collection by Hilton hotel.  Historical landmarks such as Carnton Plantation and the Carter House are popular attractions not to be missed by visitors to the area.  This charming downtown with superb shopping and 15 blocks listed on the National Historic Register successfully co-exists within a few miles of the mega Cool Springs shopping area, Tennessee’s largest.

The quaint town has experienced rapid growth as evidenced by its population of in excess of 80,000 residents. Corporate headquarters moves by industry giants such as Nissan of North America, and others within the past 16 years have contributed to this growth.  Access to I-65; Franklin Road (U.S. 31); Hillsboro Road (U.S. 431); and I-840 links this community in all directions.
