Spring Hill TN is located about 10 miles south of downtown Franklin and 40 miles south of downtown Nashville. The northern part of the city is located in Williamson County while the southern part is located in Maury County. This mostly agricultural community experienced tremendous growth in the late 1980s with the opening of the General Motors plant there which is still in operation today as the home to the new Cadillac electric SUV known as the Lyric. The town has over 50,000 residents and offers great schools and affordable housing prices.
